I have spent the last decade at the intersection of AI engineering, product leadership, and organizational building. My career arc has taken me from writing C++ at Dolby Laboratories in Sydney, to leading an 80-person data and AI organization at Bukalapak (70M+ users, $5B valuation) in Indonesia, to founding Bridge AI Knowledge — where I now build production AI systems for governments and financial institutions that cannot afford a wrong answer.
Along the way, I served as Chief Product Officer at Prodago, an AI governance platform recognized by Gartner as a Cool Vendor. I have worked with clients across four continents — government agencies in the Middle East, compliance teams in North America, financial institutions across APAC — always in regulated, high-stakes environments where the gap between a demo and production is the difference between trust and liability.
I think about AI the way I think about leadership: context management, production readiness, and building systems that outlive you. The parallel between managing a distributed engineering team and managing a fleet of AI agents is not a metaphor — it is the same problem. Both require clear context, explicit decision frameworks, and a tolerance for autonomy bounded by governance.
I hold a Computer Science degree from the University of New South Wales, an MBA from Hult International Business School (Magna Cum Laude, 4.0 GPA), and have studied executive data strategy at UC Berkeley and philosophy of AI at Stanford.
